Informativa sulla privacy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This policy explains how WARDLEY collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit wardleylondon.co.uk or buy from us, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

The controller of your personal information is Dn Global Trading LLC, trading as WARDLEY, 10s225 Kaye Ln, Willowbrook, IL 60527, United States. Contact: support@wardleylondon.co.uk.

Information we collect

  • Order and account information: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, order history and any messages you send us.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you've signed up to our emails, and how you engage with them.

How and why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds (contract).
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service (contract / legitimate interests).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure (legitimate interests).
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To improve our website and products using analytics (consent, where required for cookies).
  • To send marketing emails and show relevant ads (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the shop (for example, to keep items in your basket and process checkout). With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed to run our business, with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout;
  • payment providers, such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, to take payment and prevent fraud;
  • our fulfilment partners and delivery carriers, who need your name, address and phone number to pack and deliver your order;
  • email, analytics and advertising services (including Google and Meta), where you've consented;
  • professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

We don't sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of these providers, and our own business, are based outside the UK, including in the United States and, for order fulfilment, in China. When we transfer personal information outside the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK–US data bridge where it applies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe, and customer service messages for up to two years after our last contact. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@wardleylondon.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Security

We use reputable, secure platforms and limit access to your information to people who need it. Payments are encrypted.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
