Delivery
How does delivery work?
Every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days, tracked from dispatch to your door. Orders are priced in GBP with no customs fees or extra charges on arrival. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only — see our Delivery page for full details.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and delivered 5–8 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Delivery page for full details.
Will I pay customs or extra fees?
No. Prices are in GBP and the price you see is the price you pay — no customs fees or extra charges on arrival. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it — email us first and we'll sort it out.
Returns
How do returns work?
You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email support@wardleylondon.co.uk with your order number to start your return. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item — then we cover it. We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Do you offer exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Place a new order in the size or colour you need and return the original for a refund — we'll refund it within 14 days of receiving it.
Product & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Check our size guide and the Size & Fit notes on each product page before you order. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email support@wardleylondon.co.uk and we'll help.
