Free tracked delivery on every UK order. Every order ships with secure, tracked delivery — free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend and no code needed.
Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email your tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. It can take 24–48 hours for the first movement to show.

No extra charges
Orders are priced in GBP, and the price you see is the price you pay. There are no customs, import duties or extra charges on arrival. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it — email us first and we'll sort it out.
Busy periods
During promotions and busy periods, order processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. Every order is still tracked from dispatch to your door.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@wardleylondon.co.uk within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out.
