Delivery
How does delivery work?
Dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery in 6–10 working days from the order date, tracked from dispatch to your door. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, and UK delivery is free. Orders are priced in GBP for the UK, with nothing extra to pay on arrival — see our Delivery page for full details.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery in 6–10 working days from the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Delivery page for full details.
Will I pay customs or extra fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay. In the UK there are no customs fees or extra charges on arrival. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it — email us first and we'll sort it out.
Returns
How do returns work?
You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Gift cards can't be returned. Email support@wardleylondon.co.uk with your order number to start your return. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item — then we cover it. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or of you giving us proof you have sent it if earlier. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Place a new order in the size or colour you need and return the original for a refund — we'll refund it within 14 days of receiving it.

How do I find the right size?
