This policy explains how Dn Global Trading LLC, trading as WARDLEY, 10s225 Kaye Ln, Willowbrook, IL 60527, United States ("WARDLEY", "we") collects and uses your personal information when you visit wardleylondon.co.uk or buy from us. We are the data controller for your personal information under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, items ordered and returned.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login and preferences.
  • Communications: messages you send us.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and how you use the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders and returns (contract).
  • To answer your questions (legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing emails where you've opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

Who we share it with

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where we transfer data, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting (usually six years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
