How to measure
The most reliable way to choose is to measure a garment you own that fits well. Lay it flat, smooth it out and measure:
- Chest: straight across, armpit to armpit, then double it.
- Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
- Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Compare those numbers with the garment measurements on the product page. To measure your body instead, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.

Machine wash at 30°C inside out with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry. Do not iron prints or cuffs on high heat.
