30-day returns. If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Start a return

Email support@wardleylondon.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.

Condition

Items should be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described — in which case we cover it and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the item for a refund and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get the right size to you.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right, including any return postage.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
