Every WARDLEY order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, usually 1–2 business days after you order.

Delivery timeline

Free tracked UK delivery on every order: dispatch in 1–2 business days, then 5–8 business days in transit (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Parcel late or missing?

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email support@wardleylondon.co.uk with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, replace it or refund you in full.
