WARDLEY Terms of Service

Effective date: September 2026

These Terms govern your use of wardleylondon.co.uk and any purchase you make from WARDLEY, operated by Dn Global Trading LLC, trading as WARDLEY, 10s225 Kaye Ln, Willowbrook, IL 60527, United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

WARDLEY sells menswear, footwear and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price at checkout is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the UK only, with free tracked delivery estimated at 5–8 business days from dispatch. See our Delivery Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Orders are covered by our 30-day returns policy from delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Size guidance is provided on each product page and in our Size Guide.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

You may check out as a guest. If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You must not misuse this site or attempt to disrupt it.

8. Intellectual property

The WARDLEY name, logo, site copy, photography and design belong to us or are licensed to us and may not be reused without permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
