The Wardley Standard

WARDLEY is an online menswear store. We would rather be judged on the terms we publish and keep than on anything an advert could say. This page brings those terms together in one place — delivery, returns, payment and how to reach us. They are the same terms stated on our delivery and returns pages, and they apply to every order.

Delivery

  • United Kingdom: free, tracked delivery on every order, at every basket size. There is no minimum spend.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 6–10 working days from order in the UK.
  • Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door. Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.

Returns

  • 30-day returns. If a piece is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
  • To start a return, email support@wardleylondon.co.uk with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address and your return reference.
  • Send the parcel back using a tracked service and keep your receipt as proof of postage.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we reimburse reasonable return postage. For a change of mind, return postage is paid by you.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return — or of you giving us proof you have sent it, if earlier.

Sizing

Every product page carries a garment measurement table for that piece, supplied by its maker. Our Size & Fit Guide brings the main ranges together and explains how to choose. If you are unsure before ordering, email us with your usual size and we will advise.

Payment

Checkout is provided by Shopify, and payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. UK delivery is free at every basket size, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay for a UK order.
